Extra charge will apply if coat is matted.
Ear plucking is performed based on dog breed and ear health.
An additional charge applies if the coat is severely matted and de-matting takes longer than 10 minutes
Pet Size Guide
Maximum Weight Limit:
For the safety and comfort of all pets and groomers, our studio welcomes dogs weighing up to 55 lbs (25 kg). We are unable to accommodate dogs over this weight limit. Thank you for your understanding!
Small
up to 20 lbs / 9 kg
Medium
20 - 45 lbs / 9 - 20.5 kg
Large
45- 55 lbs / 20.5 - 25 kg
Vaccination Requirements
IMPORTANT
👉 Your pet must be up to date on all required/mandatory vaccinations at the time of grooming. (Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella)
👉 Copy of proof of vaccination must be provided prior to grooming.
